BMVSS has a dedicated quality control team to ensure that consistency in its high standards is maintained for all its products and services.
Stringent quality planning, quality control, quality assurance and quality improvement practices are incorporated at each level.
A state-of-the-art rubber testing laboratory has been set up in-house to ensure that all raw materials used for the fabrication of the Jaipur
Foot conform to the desired standards. Materials and equipment are sourced from suppliers and manufacturers known for their quality practices.
Post-production, random samples of the Jaipur Foot are subjected to cyclical loading and static load deflection tests using the universal foot testing
machine with dual actuators, the only one of its kind in India. Optimum prosthetic alignment, one of the most important determinants of prosthetic function,
is achieved by bench, static and dynamic alignment optimisation, using laser technology.
