Our average cost of one limb is US $35 (against US $8,000 for a comparable limb in USA or Europe). This is the cost of our Calipers also.
We request you to help us financially by donating one of a multiple of Limbs/ Calipers and become part of this humanitarian movement.
For the bigger donors our request is that they may kindly consider sponsoring on the spot Limbs/Calipers fitments Camps in India or Other Countries with a miniscule Cost of about US $ 4,000 in India for 100 Limbs. For such Camps abroad apart from the Limb Cost the Cost of Airfare of team members, Freight of Materials & Equipments, cost of Boarding and lodging, Incidentals etc. raises the cost per limb from US$ 35 at our center to US$ 100 to 200 per patient depending on the distance of the country from India thus, for a camp for 100 patients abroad the total cost may vary between US$ 10,000 to 20,000. Similarly, for 500 patients the cost would be US$ 50,000 to 1,00,000 and similarly for 1000 patients cost would vary between US$ 1,00,000 to 2,00,000.
To make the BMVSS Institution more sustainable we also request you to consider the alternative mode of Support by giving us a CORPUS amount in Rs. 15,000/- (US$ 350) per Limb or its Multiples. So that out of Interest income of such Corpus every year we could provide one or more Limbs/ Calipers to amputees or Polio Patients every year and this would be done in perpetuity.
