Pursuant to provide the most functional artificial limbs, The Jaipur Limb Technology uses the highly advanced state of the art alignment methods and socket systems.

All Below Knee Prosthesis are provided with Total Contact vacuum formed sockets. These are made by conventional process involving Plaster of Paris moulds. Recently, B.M.V.S.S has started using the Sand casting method developed by Dr. Wu of Center for International Rehabilitation, Chicago.

All above knee prosthesis are provided with the state of the art Ischial  - Containment total contact sockets using IPOS Brims and vacuum forming system.

 
     
 

For alignment BMVSS uses a combination of Wall Frame of Endolite, an Anglo-American Company and Laser Alignment System of Otto-Bock a German Company, this combination provides the best possible in process alignment. Post production alignment is again checked by  Otto-bock alignment system and laser liner.

 
     
 

For making Total contact sockets highly advanced vacuum forming equipment is used. To provide smooth finish to limbs and calipers high speed grinding and milling machines are used.
